Gardena PD begins District Policing

On July 28, 2007 the Gardena Police Department unveiled our District Policing Program. The City of Gardena will be divided into three districts, each under the direction of a police lieutenant. The lieutenant will direct personnel and resources in a proactive manner, curtailing criminal activity and maintaining high standards of living in our neighborhoods.
