Please explain as clearly as possible your concerns: Older teenagers/ young adults have been harassing residents on the 1500 block of 146th street. They appear to be under the influence of some sort. Upon leaving and approaching to a residence in a vehicle they come right up and try to open the vehicle while yelling inappropriate phrases to passengers in the car (even with kids and a clearly pregnant woman in the car).
