Why are you referring this person to our program: He is very defiant, disrespectful, failing his classes (5 F’s, 1 D, and 1 A with a .86 GPA). He also has anger issues. He does not follow my rules, amongst other things. I have tried many different things to try to help him but he is truly not trying to change. I work for Probation and I am trying to keep him out of juvenile hall but he seems to try to find ways to get there. Lastly, if he does not fix his behavior and grades he will be headed to Continuation school and this has already been discussed with the Dean at Gardena High School.
