Please explain as clearly as possible your concerns: I live across the apartment building (on W 157th St by Target) and saw a woman walking around the apartment next door, looking around, and went upstairs then went around the back garage/parking lot. I have never seen the woman before and the woman did not know anyone from the apartment, assuming, as the woman did not attempt to knock on anyone's door or called out anyone's name. The woman is tall, wearing a mask, wearing a gray shirt, and capri pants. I saw the woman get in a Silver Chevy Sedan.
