Please explain as clearly as possible your concerns: Illegal fireworks being set off at all hours of the day within blocks of Gardena police station (suspect it’s on Harvard). This behavior is no longer isolated to just 4th of July. The loud noise is traumatizing to dogs, young children, and those suffering from ptsd.
